BEST IN THE WORLD
Synopsis
BEST IN THE WORLD tells the story of Kit, a 40-year-old divorcee with anger issues, as she confronts the trauma of her father's death in order to finally pursue their shared dream of her becoming a professional wrestler. In a world where age and beauty standards often shackle women, Amy serves as an inspiring beacon, proving that it's never too late to chase one's dreams or rewrite their story. It isn't just a film about wrestling in the ring. It's about wrestling with inner demons, with society's expectations, and with the demons of the past.
