This introduction to documentary filmmaking is perfect for the independent filmmaker who is looking to learn industry techniques and best practices. This course will provide students with a thorough understanding of documentary film camera work. Through lectures and hands-on exercises, students will master various aspects of documentary filmmaking including proper interview techniques, how to capture good sound quality while shooting, and how to collect b-roll and action footage that will enhance the overall storyline.
