Chicago Filmmakers reserves the right to cancel camp and issue a full refund in the event that minimum enrollment is not met two weeks prior to the beginning of the camp session. In the event that enrollment exceeds available spaces, you will be notified immediately, and will have the option of being placed on a waiting list.

Payment Information

The full camp fee can be paid at the time of registration. A $200 minimum deposit can be paid to hold a space in the class, with the balance due June 1. If the student is withdrawn from the camp prior to June 1, a refund will be issued minus a $25 processing fee. After June 1, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Younger Campers

The program of each camp is designed with a specific age range in mind, though in the past we have had campers younger than our suggested age range interested in more advanced classes. If this is the case for your camper, please inform us before camp registration is complete so that we may discuss the prospect with the instructor. The camp instructor for any session has final say in whether or not a younger camper can join a session geared towards an older age group.

Waiver Required

For insurance purposes, each camper will need a parental release form signed by parents. Children and teens will not be able to participate in the summer camp without a signed waiver. All waivers are included in the registration packet.
