FEATURING: ACRE (Artists’ Cooperative Residency and Exhibitions) - an artist-run non-profit organization based in Chicago, devoted to supporting emerging artists and fostering a community of creative producers. ACRE’s residency takes place each year on a 1000-acre property in rural Wisconsin. There, dozens of emerging artists from all over the country join a staff of dedicated volunteers and visiting luminaries to produce new and innovative work.
WHAT YOU’LL SEE: A collection of ACRE-made shorts by local up-and-coming filmmakers, programmed by ACRE Exhibitions Director, Kate Bowen, along with former ACRE teachers and residents.
