Dyke Delicious favorite, Catherine Crouch is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, cinematographer and actor. She has been active in independent filmmaking for over two decades. Most of her work explores gender, race, and class in lesbian lives. She is most well-known for Stray Dogs (2002), Stranger Inside (2001), and The Gendercator (2007). Crouch was born in Fort Benning, Georgia; spent time in Chicago earning an MFA and making films and collaborating with other filmmakers; and is currently living and working in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Catherine will talk about her personal journey creating lesbian art that may sometimes be controversial, but it always comes from the heart. Q&A will be included at the end of the program with DD@CF curator, Sharon Zurek.
