Kate Raney

Kate Raney began teaching at Chicago Filmmakers in the fall of 2009. She currently teaches animation and experimental media at Loyola University Chicago. She has taught at Syracuse University and University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where she received her MFA in Film. Kate makes short experimental videos which have screened in festivals such as SXSW Film Festival, the Wisconsin Film Festival and the Artsfest Film Festival where her short I LOVE (HATE) YOU: MITCHUM won Best Experimental Short.
